🚚 Shipping Policy

At Aniq, we ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders all over Pakistan.

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide.

  • Free Shipping is available on orders of PKR 12,000 or above.

  • Orders below PKR 12,000 will be charged standard shipping fees (shown at checkout).

  • Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days, depending on your location.

  • Our team may contact you for order confirmation before dispatch.

Please make sure your address and contact number are correct to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

🔄 Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

❌ No returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Size issues

  • Color variation (due to screen differences)

  • Sale or discounted items

🔁 Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support via WhatsApp or phone within 48 hours.

  2. Share your order number and clear images/video of the issue.

  3. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Shipping charges for returns (if applicable) will be handled according to the situation.
